With the opening of two new centers in Amman, Regus expands in Jordan.
Leading global work space provider Regus has announced the opening of two new business centers in Amman, bringing the number of centers offered in Jordan to five.
The most recent center to open is located in Amman Gate, on Queen Zain Al Sharaf Road, overlooking the 7th Circle. Opened on April 1st, the Amman Gate business center offers 31 light-filled contemporary offices and meeting rooms for hire, as well as 79 work spaces and a conference room. A prime location for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) or multinational corporations, it provides easy access to public transport, filling stations, cafes, banks, hotels and shopping areas.
The second business center is set to open on August 1st 2019 in Armada Tower in the Saqra Complex A, on Arar Street. Ideally located in the city center, on the edge of the embassy district, this one-of-a-kind structure shares the neighborhood with academic institutions and international corporate headquarters. Across two floors of this unique business hub, professionals can access among 40 private offices, bookable meeting rooms and collaborative lounges with 129 work spaces.
“We are excited to expand our network of serviced business centers in Jordan with the opening of these two new facilities in Amman. The new centers will help meet the growing demand for flexible work spaces, as more businesses realize the benefits of greater flexibility, agility and choice of location for their employees.”
Katerina Manou, Regus Regional Vice President
The centers are the perfect solution not just for local workers, but for foreign businesses wanting to enter the Jordanian market without committing to traditional long-term leases. Each working environment is equipped with stylish furnishings and high-speed Wi-Fi, while also boasting administrative support and call-handling services.
Jordan has been making strides to attract foreign investors and support local entrepreneurs and start-ups, especially in the technology sector. Economic growth for the Kingdom is expected to improve from last year to reach 2.13 per cent in 2019-2020, according to Fitch projections.
As the largest International work space provider in Jordan, Regus aims to support new businesses that are looking to lease physical office spaces. Each private office can be upgraded to add more desks or relocated, while temporary offices can also be rented, to cover the duration of a project.
