Four Seasons continues its cooperation with Sky Software and chooses to implement Bayan Human Resources Management at its second property in Dubai; Four Seasons Dubai Hotel DIFC. This came upon Bayan’s outstanding performance at Four Seasons hotels in Dubai, Riyadh and Bahrain where Bayan has successfully applied Four Seasons corporate standards and policies, met the hotels’ demands and requirements, and accomplished the integration with Four Seasons’ standardized cloud-based chain application Workday.

Bayan HRMS has positively impacted the procedures of the HR department at the hotel where employee profiles, official documents and alerts became easier to manage. Employee attendance, leaves and vacations records became also automatically accessible through Bayan Timekeeping interface.

Most importantly, Four Seasons Dubai DIFC has largely benefited from the advanced features in Bayan Payroll, which enabled the hotel to perform all payroll calculations, close payroll months from June, 2015 until January 2016 accurately and import payroll vouchers to Back Office systems automatically through the advanced BO interface.
