After years in development, guests can finally check into Rotana’s new set of Arjaan-branded serviced hotel apartments that run the length of Abdali’s multimillion dollar Dubai-style Boulevard.

There are 391 apartments on offer, ranging from studios all the way up to a penthouse with a pool. All apartments come with high-speed broadband, multi-channel satellite TV, kitchen and laundry facilities, a gas fire place, and a comfortable and sleekly-designed lounge. Guests can also take in Amman’s famous sunset from their balcony overlooking the 370-meter long Boulevard, which once fully opened, will boast tens of shops and restaurants.

The interior design of each apartment changes depending on its location along the Boulevard. Dark blue and grey hues dot the East Wing, while burgundy tones adorn the West Wing.

The chic and contemporary atmosphere of the apartments caters to the tastes of eclectic and well-travelled guests, who are sure to enjoy the minimalistic style of each room. Large marble bathrooms with cascade showers and deep soaking tubs offer pampering after a business meeting or a day of shopping.

A fully equipped business center, as well as three smaller meeting and banquet rooms, make the Boulevard Arjaan by Rotana a go-to location for both business and social events.

“Due to our unique hotel-apartment offers, the Boulevard Arjaan offers solutions for every kind of traveller, from families to business people,” Atieh Hamarneh, the hotel’s general manager told Venture. “Guests can choose from a vast range of accommodations, from convenient 34-square-meter studios to three-bedroom-apartments and a 550-square meter penthouse with a private terrace and swimming pool.”

Prices start from JD120 for the studio apartment, with rates spanning different corporate solutions and offers for tour operators.

From flavorsome appetizers to scrumptious desserts and bountiful coffee selection, the hotel’s East Wing offers fine Italian courses at its Café Italia restaurant, while the west wing boasts French cuisine at its Café Margaux.

A gymnasium stocked with cardiovascular and weight training facilities, in addition to sauna and steam rooms, offers guests a state-of-the-art environment to de-stress, while runners can enjoy jogging in the quiet area of the Abdali project that spans several kilometers.

“The Boulevard’s central location in the middle of the new downtown ensures its accessibility from different parts of the city, offering a distinguished and dynamic environment for its guests. We offer more than an accommodation, we offer an entire new lifestyle,” Hamarneh said.
